Placing Directory Listings

Placing a directory listing on ChillerDirectory.com is easy! You can list your company and search for suppliers, service providers, consultants, contractors and more!

There’s no need to create an account before you create your listing. You will be automatically prompted to create an account the first time you create a listing. Follow these steps to place your listing now!

1. Go to ChillerDirectory.com by clicking the Directory tab at the top of the  page.

2. Click on the “Begin Now” button on the ChillerDirectory.com homepage.

3. Enter your appropriate company information using the fields and dropdown boxes.

4. Use the Company Description box to describe your company's "key" products or areas of service. Keep your information direct, specific and relevant. Use terms such as Chiller Services, Chiller Sales, Chiller Rentals, Chiller Parts, etc. By taking a little time to do this, you will GREATLY increase the chances of your listing being found by users searching and browsing the directory, and placing high in all search and browse results. Once the description box is complete, click “Go To Next Step”.

5. From the options provided, select up to three directory categories you would like your listing to appear in. Also select your area(s) of expertise. You may select all that apply.

6. If you have not already created your ChillerTrader.com User Account you will be asked to create an account at this time. Fill in the New Account fields with your personal information, desired email address, password and mailing list option. Your email address will be used as your User Id when signing in to your ChillerTrader.com account. Once you’ve entered the required information, click “Create Your Account”. You will now be automatically signed in and taken to the payment area to pay for your listing.

7. In the payment area, enter your payment information and check the desired option blocks. Once your payment information is completed, click “Go To Next Step”.

8. Once your payment is confirmed, you will be taken to a “Thank You” page to confirm your payment information. From the “Thank You” page, you can also select options to create another listing, return to the ChillerTrader.com homepage, and view our email privacy policy.

Once your payment is completed, your listing will automatically be added to ChillerDirectory.com under the category you specified and will be viewable on the ChillerTrader.com public site. 

You will also receive an e-mail confirmation with payment information and a link to your listing. You may edit your listing or account information at any time by clicking on the green My Account tab at the top of the page and sign in using your e-mail address and password.

 Updating Your Account

You can update your account information anytime by clicking on the green My Account tab at the top of the page and signing in to your Chiller Trader Control Panel using your email address and password. From your control panel you can edit your current account information.

Editing Directory Listings

You can edit your directory listings by clicking on the green My Account tab at the top of the page and signing in to your Chiller Trader Control Panel using your email address and password. From your control panel you can make changes to your directory listing.

We provide three (3) advertising options in the ChillerTrader.com network.

The Classified Ad and Company Directory Listing options can be utilized using the instructions found in the HELP menu at ChillerClassifieds.com and ChillerDirectory.com.
